Summons a pillar of flame that deals "Fire" DMG. The pillar deals "Fire" DMG to enemies in the area for 10 secs. Enemies hit are afflicted with the [Burning Beauty] and [Shackles of Flamel effects. Recasting the skill will make the pillar explode
