[White Hell] uses the power of [Dynamic Punishment] to periodically cause lightning to strike down around her. These lightning bolts become holy torrents, neutralizing some of the target's Electric and Light RES and delivering judgment. Her Normal Skill, [Storm Stigma], allows her to brandish her staff and shoot a bolt of holy energy, branding the target with [Divine Retribution]. A judgement of lightning and thunder will descend upon the target with [Divine Retribution], bombarding them with lightning strikes that will eventually incapacitate them. Her Signature Skill, [Celestial Judgment], opens the sky and calls forth an atmosphere charged with electricity, raining down countless lightning bolts, each one too much for the target to withstand, finally bringing them to their knees
