– Increases ATK and DEF by 15% with 3 or more stacks of[Chill].
– Gains immunity to the Movement Decreas of [Chill], increases DMG by 10% if moved 3 tiles or more
– After an enemy[Torchbearer of the Union] is defeated, all enemies’ ATK and DEF are reduced by 15% for 3 turns
