Skill 1 - Shinra: Ragestomp
Delivers two kicks to the locked-on enemy, dealing Thunder DMG equal to 336.9% (Next level:341.5%) ATK in total.Landing a hit with the final strike of a normal attack or Shinra: Thousandbolt enhances the skill.
