Juryeong was the heir to the proud Yunyan family, which had dedicated itself to the study of medicine for many generations. After witnessing her father-who had protected his family with his martial arts his whole life-fall when the Yunyan family fell, she succumbs to despair. She believes that "all hard work is futile." Convinced that elixirs, which grant instant strength without effort, are the only thing she can rely on, she sets out to harness their power and make herself stronger.
