[Arsonist] Quaetro

A maniacal Flame User and the self-proclaimed "Master of Flame". Quaetro Blitz is an arsonist who is always on the lookout for something to burn. Unlike Yihwa Yeon, he enjoys his out-of-control fire abilities without any fear of misusing them. He has a unique way of thinking, calling Rak "Dinosaur" and Wangnan Ja "Little Chick." Notably, he can control three baangs at once. He climbs the Tower with his colleague, Chang Blarode.
