[Proud Waves] Lozeal

A wand-wielding Wave Controller. One of the Regulars who was put on Bam's friend list. She uses her wand as a medium to control waves of shinsu. She wasn't able to do much during the Hide-and-Seek test with Quant, and she later fails the Wave Controller Test, in which only two people can pass.
