If you have received the in-game pack, it would not be possible to refund such an order in accordance with the Terms of Use. If you get the item in the game and refund it later, you need to inform us and we need to deduct a certain amount of Shifting Flowers from your account, otherwise, your account will be banned later.

If you have not received the in-game pack after the payment, please directly reach out to Google Play Store or Apple App Store for refund inquiries. If they cannot help with the refund, all we can do on our end is to verify the failed transaction and then proceed to send the in-game pack into your Aether Gazer account.
