Reminder: Do not share accounts.
We strongly discourage sharing accounts as they may leave you inadvertently exposed to unintentional actions. Any actions- whether intentional or unintentional-
committed on an account or enforcements applied to a shared account are the sole responsibility of the account owner.
Reminder: Avoid scam websites and suspicious offers.
Do not trust any suspicious websites or offers for in-game items. Also, avoid services that offer leveling up or other artificial game progression services. The use of these services violates Aether Gazer’s Terms of Service and may also lead to a compromised account and expose your personal information
Reminder: Do not buy and sell accounts.
Transferring or selling accounts violates Aether Gazer’s Terms of Service.
We are unable to provide support for accounts that were purchased from resellers or third-party sites. Ultimately, we consider the person who initially created an account to be the owner of that account, so purchasing from a 3rd party seller will not make you the legitimate owner.
Reminder: Do not sign in on shared devices.
We understand shared devices may be the only option for some players to connect and play online. However, if you access your account on a shared device, always make sure you log out of your account and ensure the browser and device did not store or save your login credentials.
