This is FAQ in Aether Gazer about I bought an item, the money was deducted but I didn’t get the item, what to do?

I bought an item, the money was deducted but I didn’t get the item, what to do?

There is no need to try purchasing the same pack again. We can clear the failed transaction for you.

In order to clear your failed transaction, please kindly provide us your:

1. Aether Gazer ID in the account profile, UID in the User Center and in-game name.
2. A screenshot of the receipt purchased on Google Play Store / Apple App Store.
3. Name of package purchased.

*Apple Receipt: Open Apple App store – Click Apple ID – Click view Apple ID – Click Purchase History – Click Total Billed – Screenshot the page of details and related order details.

Google Receipt: Please check the emails from Google Play to find out the payment receipt and please provide us with the screenshot of receipt with the GPA number.

Once we confirm your purchase, we will clear your failed transaction.
