May I ask how to obtain Regular Matrix Supplies in the Guild?

There are two types of Supplies in the Guild, Regular Matrix Supplies and Aether Matrix Supplies. For Regular Matrix Supplies, it can be unlocked by Guild leader after using 24000 Interlock Crystals, and the guild member can claim the rewards once per day permanently. For Aether Matrix Supplies, it can also be redeemed through Interlock Crystals and it can be redeemed repeatedly.
