Rhynara is a Water & Light dual-type Ranged Support with a Wand & Orb. She inflicts “Frostbite” on enemies, restricting their movement and leaving them vulnerable so her allies can attack efficiently. Rhynara's Normal Skill “Reign of the Blizzard” unleashes a powerful whirlwind at an enemy's location, attacking them and increasing the level of the Frostbite effect to incapacitate them. Her Signature Skill “Eternal Winter” drops chunks of ice over a wide area, dealing DMG to targets it hits and continuously increasing the Frostbite level of enemies, turning the tide of battle in her allies’ favor

Normal Attack - Glacial Awl

Launches an ice spike at the enemy, dealing "Water" or "Light" attribute damage. A total of three attacks are performed, with the final strike applying a stage of "Frostbite" to the enemy

Strong Attack - Frozen Citadel

Creates a wall of ice at an enemy location, dealing "Water" or "Light" DMG and knocking back the enemy standing at the location

Dash ATK - Edict of Frost

Charges towards the enemy in front of her. Energizes her orb with water or light and attacks with it, dealing "Water" or "Light" DMG. If the attack is successful, Rhynara teleports to the rear

Normal Skill - Reign of the Blizzard

Creates a cold-filled ice whirlwind at an enemy location. The whirlwind quickly pulls in enemies as it appears, dealing "Water" or "Light" DMG and inflicting "Frostbite" level on them

Signature Skill - Eternal Winter

Drops ice crystals in a wide area, dealing "Water" or "Light" DMG and inflicting "Frostbite" level on targets it hits

Dodge Skill - Teleport

Dodges an enemy's ATK with a teleport. Jumps over enemies and obstacles
