How to obtain

Increases healing by 10%.
Increases DMG of Mod or teammate being healed by 5% for 6 seconds when healing is cast.
Effects from from multiple Sigils do not stack up.
Increases DMG of the Mod or teammate healed by 0.2% for every 1 % healing boost on the healer, up to a maximum of 15%.
