Tier List is just opinion.
You can beat almost contents in this game with any characters except challenge stages in end game contents. But you might able to beat them with good strategy. Great characters are some factor that make it much easier but they might not important. Good strategy is more important for this game.
Attribute advantage. [Not consider in Tier List]
This tier list is not consider about attribute advantage but you must. Attribute advantage will make you beat the contents much easier. Ex. you should not bring fire character against fire monsters.
Class advantage and disadvantage. [Not consider in Tier List]
Every class has different advantage and disadvantage so we don’t consider much about this in our tier list. You can read it more here Which class is the best classes?
Tome characters are important.
Tome is support class in this game which can provide great support and expand your strategy like increase Action Point which can turn the tables and they can also make their teammate stronger with their buff and heal too. This is why in every team always have at least 1 or 2 Tome in their team.
Passive skills should benefit for battle
Some characters are not design for battle like Dispatched characters. So use them in Dispatched for more benefits.
Passive skills and Ultimate skill
This is a main factor in our tier list. Great passive skills will make the characters more useful like Rae which make her can spam her large powerful AOR Ultimate Skill at her first and can continue spam it every turn or Ella which make her deal powerful burning damage via her attack.
Most of characters do not need any Awakened Skill.
Most of the characters are only benefitting with small higher basic statistics which don’t make any difference. Except some characters have more potential after Awakened like Charity and Irene
Most of characters do not need any Exclusive Weapon.
Most of characters don’t need their Exclusive Weapon. Except some characters like Ella which allow her to deal fire damage with her Exclusive Weapon which make her can do both physical and magical damage.
High SPD is great for strategy
High SPD will make character act faster. This also lower the work for Tome.
